Is everything Celiac safe?
We are deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and transparency within our community. We recognize the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our attendees, including those with celiac disease and those who avoid gluten for various reasons.
While we strive to provide a wide array of safe gluten-free options, we also value talented bakeries that offer gluten-free selections that may contain traces. These selections may not be suitable for individuals with celiac disease but provide an opportunity for those avoiding gluten to explore a more diverse range of products. We believe everyone should have as many options as possible, acknowledging the challenges faced by those with dietary restrictions, especially celiac disease.
Understanding the constraints, such as costs, that come with providing completely safe products for individuals with celiac disease, we encourage vendors to specify the suitability of their food options. By doing so, we enable our community to make informed choices based on their unique dietary needs. We kindly ask that every vendor prominently displays a sign noting the level of gluten-free suitability for their products.
Thank you for being part of this event and contributing to a space where a diverse and delicious selection of products is available to accommodate a range of dietary preferences and needs. Your participation at our event signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of this shared commitment.
